love life, truth, and beauty
Hey cousin. I appreciate what you wrote about remembering the children who don't have anything.
Good morning...And Happy Christmas Eve! : )
Hey Andrew! Right back atcha. We're sampling the Christmas cookies, making apple pancakes, and getting ready for present and evening church.
Mmmmm, Christmas cookies!Well, in a couple of hours, I'll take my eggplant parmigiana out of the fridge and prepare a baby lettuce salad to go with that...Even during the Holidays, I try to be unconventional. ; )
We just moved to Google along with lots of other blogspot accounts. And I just added sitemeter to the website. Both went smoothly -- yay!
are you kidding i have seasonal affective disorder all year.
good morning, all you!SADly, I received a Mood Bulletin in yesterday's mail, from my healthplan. They recommend I keep a Mood Journal, tracking my ups-&-downs, and ascribe a Positive Affirmation to each swing. What's the point of a Mood Journal if I need to document a Positive Affirmation? Can't some moods simply stand, rotten and alone, shivering in the Solstice, with nothing positive in their vicinity? Methinks my health plan doesn't really get the SAD.Plus, our hummingbirds haven't returned since the second of our three little temblors. Missing the h'birds on Xmas Eve.Cheers, all! Or not, as your mileage may vary (widely!!)
Does bipolar mean we get two poles for Festivus?Okay then. All you manics? Chill. You depressives? Visualize Bush as Marie Antoinette after her cakefest. Now where's my ice cream?
May the coming year be better than last.
Teddy--I'm good with just acknowledging the ups and the downs, without trying to slap a happy face on them. They are what they are. Didn't Popeye do something with this? I yam what I yam...
